Tim Whitacre has more than 20 years experience in technical sales of process control instrumentation and NDT equipment and also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. He is responsible for supporting sales efforts to the Metals, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear Power, Pulp/Paper, Building Materials, Aggregates and Transportation industries.

Chris Keniston served nearly 14 years in the United States Air Force, with a service record extending from Aerospace Maintenance Journeyman to Senior Maintenance Operations Controller. He has extensive practical maintenance and management experience. Having also served as a Technical Training Instructor, Keniston has a proven record of successfully developing and delivering world-class technical training programs. In addition, he holds numerous academic and professional credentials, including a BSc in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, AAS in Aerospace Systems Maintenance Technology, AAS in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Certified Level 1 Vibration Analyst, and FAA Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic Certification.

Shane Smith has nearly ten years experience in the training and support of hardware and software for various global organizations. No stranger to maintenance, Smith served as an Aircraft Armament Systems Technician in the United States Air Force before attaining his degree in Computer Networking Systems at ITT Technical Institute. He has achieved various certifications throughout his career, most recently Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional and ISO category II vibration analyst certificates.
