EASA Announces New Officers and Executive Committee

ST. LOUIS ⎯The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) announces new international officers for the 2018-2019 administrative year. The new officers are:

  • Chairman of the Board: Gary Byars of Heavy Machines, Inc in Memphis, TN,
  • Vice-Chairman:Brian Larry of Larry Electric Motor Services, Ltd. in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
  • Secretary/Treasurer:Jerry Gray of Sloan Electromechanical Service & Sales in San Diego, CA

Chairman Byars has 44 years of experience in the electrical apparatus industry.He previously held every elected office in EASA’s Mid-South Chapter and served as Director of EASA Region 4.

Serving on the Executive Committee with the above officers are Immediate Past Chairman Lenwood Ireland of Ireland Electric in Virginia Beach, VA.; Tim Bieber of D-Electric, Quakertown, PA; and Judi Johnson of Jemco, Inc. in West Fargo, ND.

The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) is an international trade organization consisting of approximately 1,800 electromechanical sales and service firms in nearly 80 countries.
