As part of this process, operating units Endevco, Ferroperm, Vibro-Meter France (Sensorex), Vibro-Meter Inc, Vibro-Meter SA, Vibro-Meter UK and Wilcoxon Research have been combined into a single Meggitt Sensing Systems division.  This combines expertise in sensing and monitoring physical parameters in extreme environments.

Meggitt Sensing Systems will have strong foundations.  We will incorporate best practices from each Meggitt unit to optimise business operations and align our customer-facing organisation with our primary markets - aerospace; energy; and measurement.  We are confident this will provide our customers with easier access to the full range of Meggitt’s leading sensing and monitoring solutions and that, by combining our resources, we will provide more responsive service.

Over the next few months, you will begin to see some changes in how we identify ourselves. There will be branding, signage and name changes.  However, as our fundamental legal structure will remain unchanged, there should be no need to novate or reassign any existing contracts or orders.  If you are already doing business with us, your main contacts within our organisation will remain the same.  We will contact you directly if any change occurs.

To learn more about the structure and capabilities of the new Meggitt Sensing Systems division, please visit: www.meggittsensingsystems.com.

Until our transformation is complete, you can find more product, service and business information on existing Meggitt Sensing Systems websites: www.vibro-meter.com; www.sensorex.fr; www.wilcoxon.com; www.endevco.com; and www.ferroperm-piezo.com.

For further information on Meggitt PLC and the capabilities of other Meggitt divisions, visit www.meggitt.com. The attached chart shows how the company fits into the new structure.
