FME is pleased to announce the promotion of 3 and Prepares for CMMS Software Launch

Three key members will assume the roles of vice president, facility manager, and office manager at FME.


Laura Acuff has been promoted to vice president. She joined FME five years ago where she served as the operations manager and office manager. Having worked in these positions, she has acquired a broad working knowledge of the company’s day to day operations. As the Vice President, she will be responsible for supporting FME’s growth and ensuring that the company remains steadfast in its commitment to client satisfaction. Acuff holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Southern Indiana.

Judy Beem has been appointed to the role of facility manager. In her new role, she will assist with the launch of the Facility Value Manager. Beem has more than 20 years’ experience in facility management, with specific focus on the areas of procurement and vendor management. While she was employed at Integra Bank, she was responsible for the procurement and management of all facility services for an 80 plus branch bank. In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson, she holds certification as a Construction Document Technician and Certified Property Manager.

Margaret Butts has been designated the responsibilities of the office manager where she’ll also serve in a support capacity for the launching of the Facility Value Manager. Her skill in the areas of Microsoft systems, financial systems, and HR suites is supported by more than 10 years’ experience in business administration.
