Tabalign laser shaft alignment app

“The further development of our tab@lign tablet-based alignment system is in line with our efforts to provide solutions with high connectivity for the modern reliability world, where digital integration plays an increasing role. More than ever, our product stays true to its claim: mobile, connected, convenient.”, says Michael Stolze, Head of Product Management.

New features include advanced graphical PDF reporting showing the alignment condition as found and as left. Photos of the machine or application may also be included, as well as additional asset-related data. The report may be sent immediately via email, which drastically reduces the alignment cycle time. This is one of the many advantages of connectivity in the maintenance world. Another improvement is the adding of tolerances whereby the alignment status is evaluated automatically and displayed in the results screen via the smiley icons.

tab@lign now comes with the latest OS3 sensors for best quality and precision of its class. This enables a seamless upgrade to the SHAFTALIGN OS3 shaft alignment system, should the requirements evolve. The alignment app perfectly addresses the needs of millwrights and alignment specialists with measurement tasks on standard machines such as motor-pump sets. The newly designed carrying case is compact and light, making life easier for service engineers on the go.
