BURLINGTON, ON, Sept. 14 - Ivara Corporation, the industry leader and innovator in asset performance management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Isograph and with it the availability of a powerful new suite of software for optimizing customer maintenance programs and improving asset performance.

With 21 years of success, experience and innovation, the Isograph suite of products are the standard in reliability engineering and are currently installed at over 7000 sites around the world in all maintenance-intensive industries such as mining, mineral processing, oil, gas, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.

With this new relationship, Ivara customers will have the capabilities to:

  • optimize maintenance and spares policies by understanding the cost-
    risk impact of decisions;
  • model and predict availability and throughput of complex systems
  • analyze historical data using Weibull analysis; and
  • determine the optimum design for maximum availability.

The Availability Workbench is based around Isograph’s sophisticated Monte Carlo engine to make forward looking projections about plant capacity, maintenance costs, spares usage, resource usage, operational losses, safety, environmental, and operational risk.

“By combining Isograph availability and capacity modeling software with Ivara EXP Enterprise’s strong capabilities in strategy development, condition monitoring and performance management capabilities companies can make better operational and maintenance decisions for a sustainable future,” said Dr. Richard Pullen, Director, Isograph. “With this partnership, we are empowering Ivara customers to optimize or implement a living reliability program.”

“Ivara customers are already realizing significant value by implementing Ivara’s renowned process for asset performance management,” says Paul Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, Ivara Corporation. “We are thrilled with the addition of Isograph Availability Workbench to Ivara EXP Enterprise; customers can use entire system performance simulations to further reduce the operational costs of their assets while minimizing safety and environmental risk. The integration of these two products positions Ivara’s EXP Enterprise as a clear leader in the Asset Performance Management market as an end-to-end strategy and execution tool allowing customer to achieve world class results.”

Isograph Availability Workbench and Ivara EXP Enterprise have SAP-certified integrations with SAP ECC 6.0(TM).
