In his new role, Mr. Rautenstrauch is providing localized territory sales management, technical product field sales and applications engineering support to Meggitt test and measurement customers located in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Prior to his appointment with Meggitt Sensing Systems, Mr. Rautenstrauch held a series of progressive sales management positions, most recently as business development manager at Southeast Aerospace, a world renowned distributor and installer of avionics systems. Previous to that, he served for nearly a decade in regional field applications engineering roles within the sensor and instrumentation marketplace, where he received numerous awards for record territory sales growth and excellence in customer service.

Mr. Rautenstrauch’s technical specialty market expertise includes high-g shock; blast and ballistics; acoustics; turbine health monitoring; automotive, aerospace and electronic component durability testing; aerospace flight, flutter and ground vibration testing; modal and structural analysis; engine vibration and noise testing; industrial vibration monitoring; and general in-laboratory test applications. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Alfred State.
