Meggitt Sensing Systems hires Senior Electrical Engineer

In his role as Senior Electrical Engineer, Mr. Kramm’s primary responsibility will be leading the electronic design process for new products, including managing requirements set by customer specifications, test and evaluation of prototypes, and documentation management. Chris will also aid in the manufacturing rollout of existing products by integrating newly designed products from R&D into production at the Germantown facility. As Project Manager, he will be responsible for maintaining development schedules, performing product testing and analysis and providing communication and support for customers.

Mr. Kramm holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, has completed several United States Army training courses and has over seven years of experience in product and technology development. Previously an Electrical Design Engineer at Phoenix Contact, Chris was responsible for directing the hardware, software and test efforts of two international project teams. As part of these programs, Chris was given a Technical Excellence Award for Lead Electronics Design Engineer. Additionally, Chris has experience designing low-power analog products for hazardous area locations, which will help to enhance Wilcoxon Research sensor lines that are certified intrinsically safe.
