ROANOKE, Va., /PRNewswire/—Meridium Inc., the global leader in asset performance management (APM) software and consulting solutions, today announced that Emerson Process Management, SGS Malaysia, and Bureau Veritas (Malaysia) have joined existing providers Chiyoda Advanced Solutions, Fujitsu (Japan), and Silcar in the Meridium Certified Services Provider program.

The Meridium Certified Services Provider (MCSP) program is a collaborative partnership established to allow industry providers to leverage Meridium’s APM software in conjunction with the services they deliver to the marketplace.  The program also provides a global network of partners which can ensure the success of client projects by providing the highest-quality implementation services as a complement to services provided directly by Meridium.  The MCSP designation provides the APM community with a higher degree of confidence about which providers have established relationships with Meridium and who can deliver high-value services to improve APM initiatives, thus helping companies achieve their goals.

MCSP program members are evaluated and trained on Meridium best practices, methodologies and software.  Among other criteria, MCSP participants have demonstrated their skills and experience with various APM work processes, are utilizing Meridium APM technology for delivery of their services, and have completed MCSP training program requirements.

“Meridium has selected these companies to continue this initiative because all are thought-leaders and innovators in their industries and have adopted Meridium technology as the basis for their APM service delivery,” according to Joe Nichols, Meridium VP Product Strategy.  “Each of these companies are also well established in their respective fields and geographic regions, allowing Meridium to provide the highest level of service and expertise available to customers that strive to lower operational risks, maximize asset availability and minimize costs.”

Following certification, Meridium Certified Service Providers offer a variety of services to the marketplace including asset identification and criticality analysis, as well as maintenance strategy-development and -optimization programs using industry-leading techniques such as reliability centered maintenance. In addition, MCSP program members can offer comprehensive Mechanical Integrity programs, which include quantitative risk modeling, corrosion analysis and inspection program execution, as well as technical consulting and implementation services.

“The Meridium Certified Services Provider program represents the next step in our evolution as a company, as more and more of the world’s leading services organizations adopt Meridium technology as their asset performance management platform of choice,” says Bonz Hart, Meridium founder and CEO.
