The joint venture, named MPulse Software India (MSI), will be a division of InApp with offices in Trivandrum and Bangalore in India. MSI will also target the Asia-Pacific markets for the software after consolidating its sales and support infrastructure in India. MSI also has plans to open additional support centers in New Delhi and Mumbai.

At the onset, MSI will offer two products: MPulse CMMS / EAM System & the MPulse Work Management System. The MPulse CMMS/EAM System is a comprehensive enterprise asset management suite that integrates Maintenance Departments with all areas of an organization as few other solutions can, while the MPulse Work Management System includes features for managing work orders, inventory and record access.
