PAI is designed to receive notification of Alarms, Alerts, and Events over BACnet, and will automatically generate a work order for Demand Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance based on the sensor point to ProTeus^TM, Eagle’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)Maintenance Management (MM) software solution. The work order is e-mailed to facility maintenance personnel or their mobile device to immediately take care of the problem, or perform timely PM tasks. This results in extended equipment life, lower energy costs, as well as guest comfort and satisfaction.
