Registration for Lean Summit Now Open

“This is an important summit for lean leaders who want to connect with fellow practitioners who have walked the path they’re on to great success,” said Larry Fast, team leader of the event. “Attendees will leave with new strategies that can be implemented in their own plant, as well as a larger, more diverse network of passionate advocates and mentors. The benefits of attending an AME event are many, but probably the most rewarding ones are personal.”

The Atlanta location was carefully selected to accommodate AME’s members, as it is the convenient epicenter of three southern states and easily accessible by plane. Nearly 80 percent of the United States’ population is within a two-hour flight of Atlanta, and the Lean Summit is located just 10 miles from the airport.

“Our event is specifically designed to provide a focused experience for attendees in the most convenient manner possible,” Fast said.

The summit kicks off Aug. 26 with an evening reception. Subsequent days are packed with 10 plant tours, four insightful keynote addresses, six educational seminars and a plethora of networking opportunities.
