“Utilities have complex EAM process and mobile computing needs. In TaskMaster we can combine best practice with information requirements in an easy-to-use electronic workflow. This guides field workers through each step of the process, providing and gathering information as required, ensuring nothing is missed.”

Designed to cater for large utilities, the new solution will harness the TBS TaskMaster mobile computing workforce management system, together with the specialist technical and consulting expertise of QASR.

Jon Poynton, Commercial Director of TBS Enterprise Mobility, commented: “The consultancy role QASR plays in helping utilities to define best practice process is a perfect fit for TaskMaster.
