Seanie Murphy, CEO of VAL-PM Solutions says, “we are delighted to enter into the US Market and align ourselves with the luxurious Valencia Group brand. These hotels use our product because they care about their guests and want them to have the ultimate hotel experience.”

Val-PM provides a software that is a user-friend web based software system that provides an overview of maintenance, easy to use reports, and future planning. The maintenance ranges from door handles to air conditioning, from baths to motors. The regular maintenance helps to provide the highest standards with hotel stays.

This program allows associates from any department record defects and have those defects sent via email or text to the responsible party. Having a central point of maintenance allows Valencia Group to record planned maintenance and alert management when an item is due for maintenance. Tracking recurring faults and removing the paper-based system will allow Valencia Group to live up to the four-diamond standards they have become accustomed.

Christopher Roscoe, Corporate Engineer for Valencia Group, says, “When I was asked to search out a viable computerized maintenance management system for Valencia Group, the main criteria were simplicity, adaptability and cost. VAL-PM’s system was easy to use with it’s drop down menus and was extremely adaptable to each individual hotel. The staff at VAL-PM have worked diligently with us to streamline and simplify the system even further and continue to work with us as we find new ways to improve and expand it. The ability to record defects and easily pull up a report on defects has given us the ability to see a trend and pre-empt further occurrences of a particular issue.”
