The OPK-300N kit features three Qwik-ConnectTM interchangeable LED lamp heads that connect to the flashlight.  Providing single-wavelength illumination in UV-A (365 nm) and blue light (450 nm), it’s perfect for both pre-screening of fluorescent particles in ambient light conditions and for more complex NDT inspections using magnetic particles or fluorescent penetrants.  In addition, a convenient white light LED helps illuminate dark work areas.

The OPTIMAX Multi-Lite produces a nominal steady-state UV-A intensity of 18,000 µW/cm² and a blue light intensity of 7,000 µW/cm² at 15 inches (38 cm).  Its Electronic Intensity Stabilizer guarantees consistent performance; the beam will not weaken between charges.  Powered by a NiMH battery, the flashlight provides 90 minutes of continuous inspection between charges.  It meets ASTM UV-A intensity specifications for FPI and MPI.

The OPK-300N kit comes complete with three storage pouches for the LED lamp heads, smart AC and DC battery chargers, UV-absorbing spectacles and yellow contrasting spectacles, all packed in a padded carrying case.
