Para ayudar a identificar la colocación exacta de la cinta reflectora para el punto del grado cero en el eje y el correspondiente punto del grado cero en la rueda del ventilador que tiene como resultado un trabajo más preciso de balanceo, un instrumento de nivel láser puede ayudar.

Con la línea del láser marque longitudinalmente por el lado del eje, mueva el instrumento láser hacia la puerta de inspección del ventilador para que la línea del láser también marque el punto cero en la rueda del ventilador. Si una hoja del ventilador será utilizada como el punto cero, mueva la rueda del ventilador hasta que la línea del láser marque el lado de la hoja. La ubicación de la línea láser en el eje es donde la cinta reflectora debe ser colocada para la correspondiente marca de referencia de cero en la rueda del ventilador.

 En vez de utilizar un instrumento de nivel láser, también puede utilizar una de las unidades de Alineación Láser de Cinturón en V de la marca Belt Hog para crear la línea láser. 

Utilice cuidado al operar el láser y seguir las recomendaciones de seguridad del fabricante o de su compañía.
