CRL 1-hr: 9/26 Introduction to Uptime Elements Reliability Framework and Asset Management System

A great reliability program is backed by a partnership between maintenance, operations and other departments within an organization. It is built with technology and tools that facilitate and create these partnerships, fostering good business decisions and company-wide support.

For best results you should make sure your decision support system brings in reliability data from any or all of these sources:

• Vibration Analysis (both data collectors and online systems)
• Oil Analysis (extensive list of laboratories)
• Ultrasonics
• Thermography
• Process Data (DCS / PLC / Data Historians / OPC)

Send reliability data to any or all of these destinations:

• Data Historians (OSIsoft PI, Aspentech IP.21)
• ERP / EAM systems (SAP PM, IBM MAXIMO, Ventyx, JD Edwards etc.)

By using all the information sources already available at your organization, decisions supporting the best business choices can be accomplished.
