Start performing oil analysis on shipments of new oil as they arrive on site. This can be a regularly scheduled task, either annually, monthly, or even with every shipment, depending on your conditions. This will not only help you in your plants goals as far as lubrication and contamination control, but will also give you something to take to your supplier if you find contamination issues that are not originating at your plant site.
