What to do with Condensate from an Electrical Cabinet?

If an electrical panel is cooled by an AC unit, on humid days there may be condensate (water). I recently encountered a panel that produced ½ gallon of water on the most humid days in August.

There was no drain in the area of the panel, after researching the cost of a pump and installation we quickly dismissed that option. We chose to purchase one large potted plant. We placed the plant in the factory and simply allowed the water to run into the plant.

This solved the problem of what to do with the water and the employees in that area are very pleased with the new green solution.
