Anthony M (Mac) Smith, Neil Meyer, Clint Shima
Anthony Mac Smith is an internationally recognized expert in the application of Classical RCM. His engineering career spans over 55 years including 24 years with GE. For the past 30 years, he has concentrated on providing RCM consulting and education. He is the author/coauthor of two well-known books on RCM.
Neil Meyers is the Maintenance Division Manager at Central Contra Costa Sanitary. Neil has 27 years of diversified experience in engineering, operations and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities and systems. He has held various levels of certifications in water treatment systems operation, project management and specialized maintenance technologies.
Clint Shima leads the Reliability Engineering group at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. Clint has 16 years of experience in the wastewater industry, previously managing the design and construction of numerous capital projects for the treatment plant and collection system. His professional experience includes work on cogeneration, ultraviolet disinfection and multiple hearth incinerators.
