With over two decades of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) community, Candi serves as Ultimos VP Americas region. Her tenure includes nearly 15 years in senior roles at Maximo, and at Cohesive, a digital engineering systems integrator and consultancy in the EAM, APM space. Candi’s approach involves closely engaging with clients to understand their asset management journey and where they most need innovative support, a focus which has been instrumental in her success. Through this work, she has developed a deep appreciation for the people that manage the tangible assets that are integral to our daily lives. Candi is also an advocate for sustainability, emphasizing the need for environmentally conscious asset management, maintenance reliability and programs that focus on reducing waste. Candi is passionate about the importance of curiosity, and to never stop learning.
