José Alberto Méndez-Adriani is the Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering at the Central University of Venezuela. José is a qualified Vibration Analyst, has a Certification in Machinery Dynamic Balancing and a Certificate of Training in Propeller Dynamic Balancing. He holds a M.S.E. from the University of Michigan and has a Sc.D. degree from the City University of Los Angeles, California, both in Mechanical Engineering.
