Kendra Mock

Kendra is a senior reliability engineer on the Reliability and Asset Management platform within JLL, supporting multiple clients in utilizing the Uptime Elements to create and deploy comprehensive reliability programs. Prior to her role at JLL, she worked in semiconductor manufacturing as a photolithography process engineer beginning in an operations role and was elevated to the role of task force leader in process error reduction, responsible for identifying gaps in business processes, knowledge and training, and high-risk change points, then creating and deploying effective solutions. She also served as an electronics technician in the United States Navy, primarily focused on submarine warfare, global command control systems, and serving as a command training team instructor. Outside of work, she is very active with her family, enjoys salsa dancing, cooking, weightlifting and traveling.
