It will also explain the transformation from a basic operation and maintenance model into a structured, sustainable asset management of the city using agile and scrum approach. This presentation will also present how the Agile and scrum management approach impacts the overall strategy and change management and introduce new approaches to the operation and maintenance philosophy. The presentation will cover the following three areas:

• The case for change and why there's a need for Asset management in city infrastructure.

• The Agile approach in change management and how we transform

• Success and challenges for the transformation.
