This presentation will explain a transformation and the implementation of the asset management model for the infrastructure of Jubail Industrial City. It will also explain the transformation from a basic operation and maintenance model into a structured, sustainable asset management of the city using agile and scrum approach. This presentation will also present how the Agile and scrum management approach impacts the overall strategy and change management and introduce new approaches to the operation and maintenance philosophy. The presentation will cover the following three areas:
