Bristol-Myers Squibb has implemented the Uptime Elements into its maintenance and reliability strategy. In alignment with ISO55000, and to aid in the understanding of all of the components that make up an asset management strategy, the BMS Reliability Excellence initiative is adopting the “Uptime Elements.” The Uptime Elements provide a framework that aligns our communication and priorities within the scope of Reliability Excellence. The Elements integrate with our implementation of initiatives associated with Reliability Excellence, they help focus our efforts and align us behind common opportunities.
