This presentation will highlight the lessons learned during the upgrade from Maximo 6.2 to 7.6. Topics will include overall project scope, challenges both from the technical aspect as well as overall business process. Challenges to be discussed: Schedule Resources Scope and surprises along the way. Project was performed for a Global Biopharmaceutical Company with locations in seven countries. In addition to technical upgrade from 6.2 to 7.6, project includes data migration, integration to financial systems and integration with manufacturing production assets.
