For plants that rely on hydraulics, servo valve reliability goes hand-in-hand with equipment uptime. And while a number of things can affect the reliability of servo valves, the quality and cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid is one of the primary root causes of failure. In this paper presentation we’ll explain why cleanliness is important and provide simple, practical ways to address fluid cleanliness and increase servo valve reliability and longevity.
