The Maintenance Management Improvement Plan (MMIP) is the roadmap for implementing enterprise-wide care for the Corp of Engineers assets. The MMIP is a multi-phase philosophy that identifies assets in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) along with their relevant maintenance requirements. The costs of the maintenance activities are estimated to optimize strategic execution of limited Federal budgets. Material management will allow optimum delivery of needed resources.
