As a new Maximo user group formed under the Maximo^® Utility Working Group (MUCG.Org), Mobile User Group for Maximo (MUGM) presents a case study of the implementation process of the Everyplace mobile functions included in Maximo 7.6.1.1 used by Medtronic. This presentation will review the company's path from initial request and need through design to validation and finally, implementation rollout. By implementing this functionality, Medtronic has increased their ROI and is increasing technician productivity.
