The journey to reliability is not one that any one person or any one organization for that matter should go on alone. There is simply too much information needed and pillars of knowledge required for any single entity to be successful as a rogue operator. Introducing, the reliability partnership that exists between Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) and Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL).
JLL provides Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services to BMS at all of their North American locations. The JLL offerings rendered as a part of this partnership include both hard (mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance) and soft (landscaping, janitorial, and food) services.
We like to look at reliability as a summation of all the parts, of both organizations. JLL assumes responsibility, while BMS does not relinquish ownership.
