ABOUT THE POSITION

Fuss & O'Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Support Specialist to work in our Manchester, CT office. The Industrial Support Specialist will work as part of a team of manufacturing and safety professionals to provide shop-floor hands-on training, develop, and integrate machine-specific maintenance and reliability procedures, assess machine safeguarding, conduct shop-floor maintenance training, and provide related services to a broad industrial and commercial client base.

The Industrial Support Specialist will be responsible for working with clients to assess their equipment safeguarding and maintenance program needs; performing a wide range of services including developing safeguarding solutions, integrating guarding solutions into existing machine controls and operations, performing facility and site surveys; assessing operations to support on-going improvement programs; and more.

Position Requirements:

  • College degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial technology, or closely related field.
  • Typically requires at least 3 years of work relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout southern New England
  • Ability to effectively manage project timelines
  • Valid driver’s license

This is a full-time position reporting to our headquarters office in Manchester, CT and will include up to 25% travel throughout New England.
