Information is delivered through the Reliabilityweb.com network of websites, Uptime® Bookazine, a quarterly publication for reliability and asset management, and a series of maintenance conferences, including The International Maintenance Conference (IMC), The RELIABILITY Conference® and MaximoWorld (A Reliabilityweb Event).
About the role:
The Multimedia Video Coordinator will create, produce, edit, manage, and coordinate video and audio productions for Reliabilityweb.com and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Updating video and audio content on Reliabilityweb.com websites and social media accounts.
- Organizing, editing, and publishing conferences, educational, and promotional videos.
- Organizing, editing, and publishing conferences and educational and promotional audio.
- Developing robust systems to manage video and audio files, including storage, backup, file naming, dating, organizing by date, event, topic, speakers, etc.
- Working with the team to create new video and audio programming.
- Assist in video and audio publishing strategies that will attract new subscribers and continue to satisfy current subscribers.
- Creating, testing, and publishing various media, checking expirations.
- Create roll-in ads and add them to published videos, tracking expiration.
- Troubleshooting any issues with websites, emails, etc. right away for our users.
- Managing the content in the Uptime Academy Learning Management System.
- Review and placement on schedule.
- Oversee the editing, layout, design, and proof of any outsourced production or editing.
- Conducts final proof of video or audio content.
- Coordinates any in-house video and audio ads.
- Multitask, prioritize and check Project Management software (Basecamp) for various tasks.
- Utilize Adobe programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Premiere to publish multimedia content for our websites, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Planning and scheduling milestones and timelines to ensure successful outcomes for the client success team.
- Schedule meetings.
- Requests and reviews of any quotes for additional video and audio requirements

- Continuously collaborate with RW team members on improvement initiatives and enhancement of all processes and procedures.
- Miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
- Daily posts in Slack the top 3 items worked on that day for the team to see.
- Daily sends an email to the VP of Operations, copying HCM, on all tasks/projects worked on that day.
