The Reliabilityweb.com website is focused on delivering informational articles, videos, audio podcasts, case studies, iPresentation tutorials, web workshops, benchmark data, tips, and how-to information for maintenance reliability leaders and asset management professionals.

Information is delivered through the Reliabilityweb.com network of websites, Uptime® Bookazine, a quarterly publication for reliability and asset management, and a series of maintenance conferences, including The International Maintenance Conference (IMC), The RELIABILITY Conference® and MaximoWorld (A Reliabilityweb Event).

About the role:

The Multimedia Video Coordinator will create, produce, edit, manage, and coordinate video and audio productions for Reliabilityweb.com and clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Updating video and audio content on Reliabilityweb.com websites and social media accounts.
  2. Organizing, editing, and publishing conferences, educational, and promotional videos.
  3. Organizing, editing, and publishing conferences and educational and promotional audio.
  4. Developing robust systems to manage video and audio files, including storage, backup, file naming, dating, organizing by date, event, topic, speakers, etc.
  5. Working with the team to create new video and audio programming.
  6. Assist in video and audio publishing strategies that will attract new subscribers and continue to satisfy current subscribers.
  7. Creating, testing, and publishing various media, checking expirations.
  8. Create roll-in ads and add them to published videos, tracking expiration.
  9. Troubleshooting any issues with websites, emails, etc. right away for our users.
  10. Managing the content in the Uptime Academy Learning Management System.
  11. Review and placement on schedule.
  12. Oversee the editing, layout, design, and proof of any outsourced production or editing.
  13. Conducts final proof of video or audio content.
  14. Coordinates any in-house video and audio ads.
  15. Multitask, prioritize and check Project Management software (Basecamp) for various tasks.
  16. Utilize Adobe programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Premiere to publish multimedia content for our websites, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  17. Planning and scheduling milestones and timelines to ensure successful outcomes for the client success team.
  18. Schedule meetings.
  19. Requests and reviews of any quotes for additional video and audio requirements
  20. Take full responsibility for always bringing the company value
  21. Take full responsibility for all operations that you are stakeholders at all times
  22. Proactively assist and support the team members in completing their tasks and responsibilities.
  23. Proactively add to the environment of welcome, courtesy, respect, and warmth that we always expect in our office.
  24. Wear the company T-shirt; in other words, express your membership as a team member daily.
  25. Expect and demand respect and warmth from your co-workers.
  26. Video and audio guest relationship and interview/participation request
  27. Continuously collaborate with RW team members on improvement initiatives and enhancement of all processes and procedures.
  28. Miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
  29. Daily posts in Slack the top 3 items worked on that day for the team to see.
  30. Daily sends an email to the VP of Operations, copying HCM, on all tasks/projects worked on that day.
