Our business was the first to use the Asset Analytix 360 Navigator tool to optimize Preventive Maintenance on facilities management assets, beginning in 2022. Best practice optimization requires review of current practices which unearthed conflicting historical practices for similar assets. Work methods for technicians were also studied and a high burden for data entry techniques was identified.
