A key element to our reliability journey is integrating Human Capital Management (HCM). Training and educating the production floor on the importance of reliability and engaging them and their ideas has been the fuel to implement “Odr Boards” across our value streams. Our journey started with an “Odr” Kaizen on a troubled asset critical to our production. Since the implementation, the “Odr” boards have expanded to all our companies. The presentation discusses in depth the training provided, how we engaged the floor and how we plan to grow and sustain the boards.
