A well planned and executed preventive maintenance (PM) program is key to ensuring availability and functionality of the plants electrical distribution system. Without it the plants operation is at risk from unknown hidden risks. By implementing a time-based preventive maintenance system using the Uptime Elements program you can ensure plant electrical stability and reduced unplanned outages. Time based PM will also help you optimize your schedule and budget by identifying high/low risk areas of your distribution system resulting in the plant being able to adjust frequency and equipment to be tested. MCES has implemented a condition time-based PM in 2009 since inception we have reduced the number of electrical outages and increased equipment uptime.
