Central San’s reliability and asset management program has flourished due to setting a focus on fostering a leadership culture throughout the organization. The launch of a comprehensive Asset Management program in 2014 catalyzed Central San’s leadership culture, laying the groundwork for an improved maintenance strategy in 2017. This initiative aligned business processes with technical activities, creating opportunities for district leaders to turn strategy into actionable tactics. As a result, we have received recognition from Uptime Awards, including Best Reliability Engineering for Maintenance program in 2018, Best Asset Management Program in 2020, and Best Work Execution Management Program in 2022.
