This hands-on session will demonstrate and follow a 10-step process for optimization of your asset strategies (job plans) driving greater reliability and freeing up labor, parts, scheduled downtime driving down your overall cost to maintain. Utilizing your CMMS asset transactional data, the process will identify target-rich assets for maximum impact and launch optimization process for a complete asset strategy including objective/subjective inspections, PdM condition monitoring, TPM/ODR operator activities, lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement when needed.
