Without proper buy-in from management and folks on the floor, it can be impossible to make headway in moving from a reactive environment to a predictive and proactive one. Where and how do you get started as a one-person team to transform an organization?
This presentation will walk through ways to achieve buy-in across the organization for starting the hike to reliability, including examples from my personal experience in three different industries.
