What's the plan?
How do keep it going?
Knowing how to answer these kinds of questions can make the difference between being able to successfully kick start a Reliability program and keep it going or watching a lot of hard work go down the drain. This all comes down to knowing what data you need and how to use it to make a business case to support an implementation strategy. In this session, we will be going over use cases and examples of the what and how to find that data that feeds the needed strategy that propels successful Reliability programs.
