We just survived a pandemic; however, the aftermath lives on! In manufacturing environments, we are facing a tremendous lack of skilled workers - strike that - we have a lack of warm bodies; sourcing issues; overhead due to inflation; but worst of all we lack leadership in our environments. If we continue to do things “the way we always have” our business will fold to newer and more agile companies. We must think differently now to create different results. Where does it start? It starts with leadership! This discussion will help leaders become a better leader, leveraging the resources around them, ultimately driving their facilities to new heights of success! This can be a talk and a workshop!
