The Digitalization STRATEGY FRAMEWORK – INTERNET OF THINGS – IOT – DIGITALIZATION was created by volunteers of the Digitalization Consortium in 2021 and presented at IMC 2021.

As a next task, the consortium is working on the IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE for this framework.

In this three-hour workshop, we go through the framework of the PURPLE PASSPORT and explain each of the individual elements. In addition, we go thru the new implementation strategy and explain this through the tactical action items, the steps, challenges, the WHY, and What to do about it.
