PLA University, Phalen’s free job training and placement program for adults, is now accepting students for classes starting October 4th, 2023, in Tarrant County. The program works to support adults in and around Fort Worth, and has recruited high-powered partners and local universities to provide adults with the ability to learn more and earn more.

PLA Founder & CEO, Earl Martin Phalen, founded PLA University in order to provide the network, skills, experience, and support needed to help our scholars, families and communities realize their full learning and earning potential.
