Maintenance Connection CMMS

Austin, TX, – Accruent, a provider of solutions to manage the built environment, announced Symetri has tightened its partnership with Accruent by adding Maintenance Connection to its portfolio. Maintenance Connection is a user-friendly CMMS that allows everyone working with asset and facility management or maintenance to store and document data in one cloud solution.

This new solution offer is in line with Symetri’s strategy to be an international market-leading partner of software and services to the build environment and manufacturing industries. With Symetri’s expertise and capacity to deliver value to customers through industry-leading software and services, Maintenance Connection adds another layer of leading facility and asset management product offerings.

Symetri advises customers on facility and asset management solutions and offers expertise in implementation training and service. Combined with Symetri’s vast experience in helping the Nordic building and real estate industry optimize workflows, manage property data and simplify data management, Maintenance Connection from Accruent allows customers to quickly get full control of all information throughout asset life cycles. They can easily keep assets organized and structured, and the solution keeps cost, downtime and other asset information together in one secure place.

“Symetri partners up with Accruent to bring Maintenance Connection to the Nordics,” says Per Carlsson, Director Building & Infrastructure, Symetri. “We recommend this CMMS to any customer who needs to track assets and equipment through the entire lifecycle.”

Maintenance Connection focuses on planning and managing operation and maintenance. This easy-to-use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System or Software) reduces downtime and extends asset life. It helps teams and operations align by providing a single source of preventive maintenance (PM) information for all stakeholders across the maintenance organization. Maintenance Connection can help Symetri customers track hours, parts used and stocked, purchase history, equipment history and PMs.

The partnership now includes two solutions:

  1. Meridian, an engineering document management (EDM) solution, provides a single source of truth for engineering documentation, offering configurable workflows to streamline collaboration with internal departments and ensuring every document change is versioned and audited to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
  2. Maintenance Connection, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) solution, optimizes manufacturing performance through proactive maintenance and empowers workforce users with asset intelligence and the ability to manage work orders, improve organization and execute preventive maintenance.

“Accruent actively seeks out quality partners to expand our international footprint,” says Willem van der Mark, VP Channel & Alliances International, Accruent. “We’re excited to see Maintenance Connection join Meridian in Symetri so we can further expand our presence in the Nordic region.”
