As the market leader in the North American breather market and provider of world-class filtration and transfer systems of all shapes and sizes, acquiring RMF will give us the ability to leverage its European presence and accelerate global adoption of our industrial filtration solutions. RMF is the perfect partner for us as we continue to expand and grow our business globally, and we are thrilled to combine our resources as we continue to broaden customer solutions, maximize the technical experience and deliver enhanced product knowledge.
Together, Des-Case and RMF will continue to help companies make their equipment investments last longer by continuing to provide solutions of superior breadth and depth for any contamination problem.
The Des-Case and RMF teams will work together to determine how best to deliver value to our customers and utilize the incredibly strong businesses that both companies have built over the past 30 years.
Following the close of the acquisition, RMF will operate as a standalone business unit - albeit with increased resources and capabilities from Des-Case - with continued enhancement of services, products, and support. RMF will continue to operate globally under the RMF brand customers have come to know and to trust, and there will be no changes in management and all team members are being retained by Des-Case.
