Facility Maintenance to Service Approximately 300 Burger King Locations Throughout the U.S.

Under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of SRAC’s Burger King locations; service provider management and selection; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; and project management services. Our services include HVAC, food service/beverage equipment, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, lighting, landscaping, snow plowing/removal, roofing, interior/exterior building, and signage, to name a few.
