Mr. Aroney will serve as the Leadership and Change Management Thought Leader/Principal Advisor for GPAllied. He brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience, developing and executing Business Strategy, Change Management, Organizational Transformations, Leadership Coaching and Maintenance and Reliability Excellence. He joins GPAllied after serving 18 years in the US Navy as a fighter pilot and Commander, Carrier Group Two Foreign Liaison Officer and 14 years in executive leadership and adjunct instructor roles for organizations such as the Navy Exchange Service Command, Alpha Solutions Corporation, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Cambridge College.
