FREEIntroduction to Uptime Elements Reliability Framework and Asset Management System

The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - South Carolina State Council, SCJobMarket.com and SC Biz News, LLC partnered to host the state’s fifth annual competition. The program’s goal is to raise the bar among employers to drive excellence and employee satisfaction in the workplace.

Chairman and CEO Jim Fei said, “We are honored to receive this recognition for the fifth consecutive year. Our participation in the Best Places to Work program reinforces our dedication to creating a work environment where employees develop personally and professionally. In addition to delivering value to our clients, we also strive to maintain a culture where employees have fun and enjoy coming to work.”

2010 marks the fifth annual competition naming the Best Places to Work in the Palmetto State. The selection process was based on an employer questionnaire and the results of a satisfaction survey completed by company employees. Best Companies Group, a workplace consulting firm, conducted the assessment of participating organizations.
