SC BIZ, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - South Carolina State Council and SCJobNetwork.com partnered to host the fourth annual competition naming the Best Places to Work in the Palmetto State.

Chairman and CEO Jim Fei said, “We are honored to receive this recognition for the fourth year in a row. Our participation in the Best Places to Work program has given job seekers insight into the amazing opportunities here at LCE. We’ve had the ability to attract and retain talented employees who enjoy their work and we look forward to continued growth in the years to come.”

2009 marks the fourth annual competition naming the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The selection process was based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of a 72-question employee survey conducted by independent research company, Best Companies Group. The goal of Best Places to Work in South Carolina is to raise the bar among the state’s employers and create excellence and employee satisfaction in the workplace.
