Bickley earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.  In addition, he has a registered Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas and is a member of several engineering associations including; American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
