Primary Purpose- Drive, coach and implement Reliability Excellence systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities-
- Develop standards, coach implementation of Equipment Reliability system components.
- Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMS
- Condition-based Monitoring
- Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Drive the culture and ownership of Reliability across rolling and extrusion businesses.
- This includes working with Director of Opex, Plant and Area Managers to identify target projects and hands-on work with the plant teams to execute actions.
- Coach and help with training and development of various Reliability Excellence skills amongst various layers of organization.
- Identify and report to the Business Units the opportunities for improvement in OEE and productivity.
- Leverage other resources within Manufacturing Technology and Engineering team as well as other resources such as IT and Finance to drive effective and sustainable change in Equipment Reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic or Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Reliability Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years' experience in Equipment Reliability or Maintenance or Engineering with strong leadership, team building and facilitation skills across Operations business organization.
Essential Knowledge & Skills/Education
- Failure Mode Error Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Equipment asset Hierarchies
- Leadership and facilitation of multi-disciplinary Improvement Teams in a manufacturing environment
- Data analysis, visualization and reporting
- Skilled and experienced in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
